Zlatko Trajanoski

Zlatko Trajanoski is professor for bioinformatics and head of the Division of Bioinformatics at the Biocenter, Medical University of Innsbruck, Austria. He is trained biomedical engineer and has long-standing research experience in bioinformatics and computational biology. His lab has broad expertise in computational genomics, data integration, biomolecular networks, and mathematical modeling. Specifically, the research includes the development of methods for integrative analyses of heterogeneous data sets, and reconstruction of biomolecular networks. The main research focus is directed towards cancer immunology and the dissection of tumor-immune cell interaction using a combined computational-experimental approach.
